We always enjoyed our conversations with Mr Ralph and he never left us without either some sound advice or a good laugh, but usually both. Ralph was an amazing man and great friend. He led an amazing life and we were blessed to be among his many friends. He made our Facebook group, Georgia Folk and Farm Life, richer with his life stories that he shared with us. We loved his writing and eagerly awaited the stories he shared. He was a generous man, and we enjoyed fellowshipping with him when he joined us for GF&FL men's dinners. I am so sorry that he has passed, but I believe he passed into Heaven, and Ralph was blessed to live...

We have been life long friends, keeping up with each other over our lives. Very fortunate to have worked in Midway and finding Ralph and attending Wednesday night services with him. Ralph, my sisters and others would sit on front porch, tell ghost stories while parents played cards, and all enjoying friendship together. Lots of memories.
