Ralph Williams and I met at Powderly school, years ago and remained friends with his wife and family. He was family.
His passion was basketball but it was a tool to help students develop into men and women.

Ralph Williams was one of my closest friends. I have known him for over sixty years. He was a few years older than I was, but I always knew of him. Wherever he was he was always well known and loved. He was well known in the community, from elementary school to high school. From college to adulthood. As a husband and a father. He did not let the troubles of life weigh him down.
