You will be deeply missed by all. Also, he was a great faith ful servant to Jesus Christ. My kids thought he was Santa and played along with the whole act. Prayers to his wife, daughter, and son.

My condolences and prayers are sent to the family.
Thank you Dr. Purdy for helping me get my life back in the right direction. You sir were one of the most sincere, caring and compassionate of doctor and human being I have ever met. You looked after me as a person, not just as a number or a medical case. Taking the time to listen, laugh and joke with me during some of my most darkest times. Reminding me of what happiness life can bring. I can not thank you enough
Thank you for...
