Raynie Wilson Hatfield Jr.

Raynie Wilson Hatfield, Jr. (Ray) (Buckie), 82, of Fellsmere, Florida, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, on June 22, 2025. Raynie was born to parents Raynie Wilson Hatfield and Myrtle Starr Hatfield on May 9, 1943 in Blackberry City. W.V.

Buckie was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing, playing guitar and with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Arzella Hatfield; daughters, Robyn Hatfield (Daniel Roll) and Jessica Dodge (Ryan); granddaughter, Cambria Congdon; grandson, Chayse Hatfield (Jessica); great grandson, Waylon Hatfield, great granddaughter Oaklee Hatfield, brothers Paul Hatfield and James Hatfield, sisters Jane Fields and Ann Tonia Bruce.

He is predeceased by his daughter, Alysia Nycole Hatfield, parents, brothers John Hatfield, Joseph Hatfield, Roger Hatfield, and sisters Betty Boyd, Mary Young.

A memorial service will be held at Fellsmere First Baptist Church, 107 N. Magnolia St., Fellsmere, FL 32948, Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM. A subsequent gravesite service will be held at the Hatfield Family Cemetery in Ransom, KY on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 2:00PM, with Jerry McCoy officiating and Belfry D.A.V Chapter #141 conducting military graveside services. Dinner will be provided at the Blackberry Senior Citizen Center.
