What I remember most about Mr Andrews (Hoone) is his smile and loud pitched voice! Lolhe was always cooler than a fan and filled with positive energy!

Reginald's Obituary

Reginald Van Andrews, Sr (Hoone) was born on February 13, 1950 in Mobile, Alabama.  He departed this life on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Springhill Memorial Hospital.  He was preceded in death by his parents John and Thelma Andrews, his wife Cynthia Lett Andrews; four sisters, Shirley Andrews, Thelma Powe, Parrie (Louis) Craig, Dorsella Andrews; one brother, Matthew Andrews; and one brother-in-law, David Booker.

He leaves to cherish his previous memory three sons, Herschell (Trina) Andrews, Reginald (Sisi) Andrews, Jr. both of Houston, TX, and Antron Trotter, Mobile, AL; one daughter, Julia (Larry) Williams, Mobile, AL; six grandchildren, Zion, Raven, Julian, Gabrielle, Gisele and one devoted granddaughter Kia; one brother-in-law, John (Tia) Lett; one sister-in-law, Ida Booker; two great grandchildren; a devoted neighbor, IV (Jennifer) Love; a devoted cousin, JP Andrews; a devoted friend, Bae Bae; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends
