Funeral Services for Reginald “Scotty” Mike, age 64 of Marion, LA are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville with Bro. Jeff Hurst officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Linville, under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA.
Scotty was born July 2, 1960 in Monroe, LA to Willie Irvin Mike and Ophelia Guinn and passed away Friday, June 6, 2025 in West Monroe. He was a graduate of Sterlington High School and was employed with and retired from Angus Koch in Sterlington. Scotty was a fan of the Monroe Moccasin Hockey Team and LSU Sports. He collected vinyl albums and was an avid cyclist. Scotty loved his family, and most of all he was a Christian and loved Jesus.
Scotty was preceded in death by his father, Willie Irvin Mike; grandparents, Rosie Lee and Jessie James Guinn, and Sam and Willie Curtis Mike; and brother, Richard Keith Mike. He is survived by his son, Colby Scott Mike and wife Jada; grandchildren, Landry Mike and Lottie Mike; mother, Ophelia Guinn Terral; step-father, Joe Bob Terral; sister, Karen Mike and Ed Martin; step-brother, Richard Terral and wife Angie; sister-in-law, Trinky and husband Ronnie Jones; aunt, Blondell Bumgardner; nephews, Chris Mike and Jeffery Nunnery; and nieces; Holly Anderson and Heather Vinings. He is also survived by two special friends, Nancy Robison and Terry Day, in which never left his side.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Nunnery, Chris Mike, Carey Anderson, Rhett Anderson, Terry Day, and Darrell Howse. Honorary pallbearers will be James Gilbert and Stephen Posey.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM until service time Tuesday at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.
