Reggie was born in Hallsville, Texas on December 27, 1962 to James Smith, Jr. and Wanda (Wilson) Smith. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Meadowbrook Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Meadowbrook Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Cartersville Cemetery in Hallsville, Tx.
