It is with broken hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rendan Matthew Schroeder, He passed from this life on April 29, 2025, at the age of 19.
Rendan was born on December 6, 2005, in Sandy, Utah to Laura Rose and Matthew J Schroeder. He is the second of 6 kids. Rendan was beloved by many and his presence in any room was impossible to ignore. He was known for his endless energy, infectious smile, and a laugh that could light up even the darkest of days. He was often the loudest in the room and his fun-loving personality left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Rendan was a fierce brother and friend, and he has always had a big heart. Rendan spent long days working with his dad on his semi. He loved getting his hands dirty from working on cars and trucks to refinishing furniture with his mom and working on his moms freeze drying business. He was extremely smart; he could figure out how to do just about anything. He could work on anything from computers, cars to heavy equipment. He always made his brothers and sister feel loved and cared about when he was able to spend time with them. He made each of them a priority and gave them the attention that they needed. He was always willing to drop whatever he was doing to help anyone in need.
With Rendan’s passing there will be a tremendous loss in so many lives. He will be missed by so many especially his family.
