Neace was a loving friend, with whom I was proud to be associated with. We had been friends and neighbors since 1975 in Schwienfurt, Germany and then at Fort Hood. I was always looking for him when visiting Fort Hood, we had many good laffs aout all our time together. May GOD bless you and all your family.
