Rev. Cecil was one of the most delightful people I have known in my life. As a teacher of my children in Carr Elementary he was strict with a loving mannerand required his students' best effort. My children loved him as I am sure hundreds of others did. As a colleague in education I had nothing but the highest respect for him. Coach was a wonderful teacher and all of us who found ourselves under his tutelage in school had values instilled in them because Coach was in our lives. He always called me "Mouth" because I love to talk, but he loved all of us supremely. He had expectations for each of his students, but he loved on all of us as well. He will be greatly missed.
