Not sure what to say?

John my family and I will miss you more than words can Express. You was there when i needed help and a friend the most. You led me back to the Lord baptized me. With out you I would not be active in church and my girls that dearly love you would have never gone to church. I miss the almost daily phone calls and all the technical support you would ask for. I miss the call to find keys, remotes and glasses. I miss the phone calls for help with the tv, flat tire, dead battery or to drive you...

Sorry to hear about your loss. John & I go back a long way as we met when we first moved to Newark in 1968. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.

Dear John. My heart is truly saddened to hear of your passing. It’s been about 25 years since I last spoke to you. My heart and mind are filled with many wonderful memories with you and Edith at Lakewood Baptist Church. I loved hearing you burst out in song “When we all get to Heaven “ and preach the word of God from your pulpit on Sunday mornings. May God comfort your family. You will be missed John. “Thank You for giving to the Lord. I am a life that was changed” Until we meet again.

Sorry for your loss. May the family be comforted and filled with peace❣

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

So sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear of a dear friends passing. He will be missed by so many. RIP John.

Even though we are deeply saddened and heavy hearted to hear the passing of Rev John Fields, God is happy that one of his warriors has come home to rest. Rather i’m sitting in a boat or on the ice fishing with Mark, I enjoy listening to the stories about his Father as I will enjoy them for many years to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family ! Love you buddy!

Mr. Fields will surely be missed by our family. He was the Grandpa that always took you under his wing and loved to make you smile. He led us in prayer and laughter! Rest in Heaven Mr. Fields ❤
