Not sure what to say?

From 1960 - 1970, my barber was Mr. REX KIRLAND. ALWAYS a crew cut, for $.75 or $1 dollar later. My dad believed in # 1 clipper setting. Check my 1966 high school class picture compared to my classmates for giggles.
Such a gracious friend all those years. Rest in peace, faithful friend for life.

Your love one will surely be missed and I am so sorry for your loss! Hold on to God’s unchanging hand during this season. Love, DNichols

I would take my son Terrence Conway to get his hair cut. He was a very nice person. So sorry for your loss.

Uncle Rex, you will be missed. Memories of you and your influence of so many people will live on. I am praying for your family as they go through this sad time.

He touched so many lives along with the heads of hair. I always enjoyed taking my sons in there to have their hair cuts. Every one got a piece of Double Bubble bubble gum. Even their mom, after I told him their mom liked bubble gum, too. lol. I have truly missed him for years and his gum! He was gracious and pleasant at all times. A Cottondale legacy, indeed.

Prayers for the family. Mr Rex was a great man! A Cottondale legend for sure.

Sorry to hear about your dad passing Tammy and Brad, he was a great man. And he cut my hair for years.

Mr. Rex was a wonderful man. My boys would go get their hair cut during the summer when staying with my mom. They sure enjoyed going to see him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Uncle Rex was a great man. We all loved him very much. Love and prayers to his family. ❣
Love, Shirley & David Bush
