Rhonda was born in Watertown on December 27, 1964, the daughter of Sylvia Getter and James Glover. She attended Watertown High School.

A marriage to Michael Reid ended in divorce. She later married Kyle DeVito in Watertown. In 2008, she relocated to Arkansas where she worked as a CNA with the VA for 10 years.

Rhonda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around her. She found joy in crafting and has left behind endless craft supplies and homemade wreaths for her family. She loved a good rummage sale, enjoyed couponing, and took pride in cooking for the people she cherished most. She was spunky, fun-loving, and her sudden loss leaves an immense void in the lives of those who loved her.
