In loving memory of a wonderful person. A wonderful coworker. Always with a smile. I remember his cubicle was near Katrina's. The Fed Wire Sections. He used to talk a lot about Laredo TX and Monterey MX, he was very proud of his roots. God Bless. My deepest condolences to his family.

Ricardo was a shining star that brightened the day of all he came in contact with. My co-worker at the Fed (F.R.B.)! To his wife & beautiful family, you all have my sincere condolences & sympathy.
