To the Baxter family: Vince and I are so sorry for your loss. Mr. Baxter was the most gracious person we ever met. I loved working with him on the Pennsbury Parents Football field lights project and all the fundraising events. He will be missed by many! We are also deeply sorry that we could not attend his services. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Mr. Baxter hooked me up with a pair of wrestling shoes. I wore them when I won a District Title. He was big, tough, and very kind. I'll miss his "whistle" echoing through Birch Valley and North Park.

He truly was bigger than life. I am so Blessed to have had both Mom and Dad as my parents. They loved each dearly and us children twice as much. It's amazing during their marriage what they accomplished. I am and always will be a proud, loving, devoted and caring daughter.
