Mr. B is part of some of the most important parts, maybe The most important parts, of my family life growing up. As a frightened-out-of-my-mind kindergardener or 1st grader who forgot to wear his belt one day I was summoned to the Principals office at SMM sure I was about to be punished. Mr. B took one look at me and took pity on me and sent me back to class with a gentle smile saying basically, 'wear a belt tomorrow.' Mr. B is also the man who hired my mother at SMM and gave her a life...

Mr. B was a beautiful soul of a human being. To his family - I am so sorry for your loss. He was a true Catholic leader - prayerful, fair, honest and steadfast in his convictions and loyalty to his school. Had the pleasure of working for him several years back at 'ol PJP. He will be missed. May perpetual light shine upon him and may he rest in peace.

Will never forget my first meeting with you in May of 1984. I was petrified, as I was transferring from another school and you seemed so intimidating to me. But I would soon find out that you were a kind-hearted man who ultimately believed the best in everyone. You commanded respect but never more than you gave it. And.you made me a MUCH BETTER math student!
