Not sure what to say?

For a short period of time I was the Code Enforcement Officer in the Village of Lancaster. Dick was always very helpful, helping to bring me up to pace with the nuances of the job. I remember him as a kind, sharing, easy going man who was a wealth of knowledge and a friend to all. RIP sir.

My sympathy. Sad news.

Dear family: We've been friends since '64. Never heard a discouraging word uttered...a valued. cordial relationship from an authentic heart. Dick's assignment now complete, answers the Lord's call to return to the loving reunion with Rose...Shalom

Allison, Bob and Rick, our most sincere condolences on your loss. Dick was an icon in the Village and will be greatly missed by many.

To the Bulman Family, please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of Dick. I've known him since I was 12. He was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever met and his passing is a true loss to not only his family and friends but to the Village of Lancaster as well. He will be happily remembered and sadly missed.
