Our beloved Richard Wynn Carroll, Jr. passed away on June 16,2024 at his home in Chesapeake, Va. Richard, affectionately known as, "Lil Richard '' was born on July 30, 1986 to Debra Kay Carroll and Richard Wynn Carroll, Sr.
Richard attended Lakeland High and graduated from Kings Fork High School. He was a photographer and a commercial truck driver with Penske.
Richard loved cooking and was very big on family. Many times he would bring his family together with his long speeches on love and family. Making his family and friends laugh with his hilarious stories and him repeatedly saying like "Ceeeeeeee."
He is survived by his three children, Kae'veion Carroll , Amariya Harper and Richard Wynn Carroll, III; parents, Debra Kay Carroll and Richard Wynn Carroll, Sr. (Shannon Ward), three siblings, Shavita Pierce, Khalil Carroll and Ni'Jala Murray and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins,nieces, nephews and many other spiritual long time family and friends.
