I am a cousin of Betty. Also a Betty myself. My mother and her father were siblings. First generation children of Irish immigrants. I remember Ricks enthusiasm for life and his deep love for Betty. I know his life was a blessing for all friends and family.

Uncle Rick lived an amazingly rich, adventurous, and impactful life. Lynnell, you distilled it in such a beautiful and loving way. Your cousins have a lot of uncles, and Uncle Rick was one-of-a-kind! Missing him and sending you & your family love.

Betty Crouse has 8 siblings and each of these in-laws and their families loved Rick beyond my words.

We loved everything about Rick,so many wonderful memories. Our night canoe adventures on Prettyboy lake at Rick and Betty's. All the hikes, cross country ski trips on the trails around the lake. And wonderful dinners we shared. Lynelle, you did a beautiful job sharing his amazing life with so many. God bless you and all your family.

Lynnell and family, what a full and inspirational life Rick led. It was my pleasure to have encountered his spirit. There will be many hikes where you will feel him right alongside you.
