Not sure what to say?

Richard's passion for theater was an inspiration. To see how much joy and life each and every theater experience brought to Richard reinforced my love for theater and my belief that theater does have the power to change the world. His presence at opening nights and yes, he always had something positive to say, was essential. Thank you Richard for a life well lived.

Richard, it was a pleasure to know you. I am so glad you were on my TV Chicago Theatre Review, with me and Gayle. Your knowledge in Theatre is legionary. You will be missed

Richard was warm, proud, friendly and showed genuine love to all our staff and we loved him back for that. He will be missed.

Richard A. Eisenhardt was a warm, friendly, kind & supportive Friend to my wife Peggy & me for many years. We enjoyed visiting at our home with him in Hollywood-Land & Chicago-Land. His gentle smile & lovely wit were always a pleasure, & he would always add "and that" to his comments or reflections of our times together. We are grateful for his enthusiastic & kind reviews, & for all his generous tickets to plays, ice skating shows & more. He will be greatly missed. Our heartfelt condolences...

What a fitting tribute to a life well lived. I had the opportunity to meet Richard later in his life. I relished his glorious stories, generous spirit, and I always enjoyed the times he stopped over. Peace, love, and kindness to all who knew Richard. I know we are all a little better for having been able to share time with him.

Happy evening at the theatre.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. What matters in life is who we have by our side - family, friends and supporters. And Richard was there at every opening night with support and friendship.

Richard was my neighbor for 43 years and even longer than that for my wife. He was a great neighbor and we always loved seeing him. Richard was a super nice and very interesting guy with his varied interests. And he was always kind and compassionate to all. He will be very missed. Rest in Peace Richard!

Richard was a kind, big-hearted lover of the arts who supported every show I was ever in! He was so much more than that as well but I will always be grateful for his beautiful smile and ever positive attitude.
