Golf trip Myrtle Beach 1995

Koz was a great friend and mentor to me. Fresh out of college and looking for a job i subbed at Kennedy School back in the fall of 1992. Koz was one of the first teachers i met and we hit it off almost instantly! He was probably the one most instrumental on getting me hired as a PE teacher at JFk high where i stayed from 1992- 2018. There are so many great memories but probably the highlight was going to Myrtle Beach on a 10 day golf trip with Koz, Roy boy, Carlos and the crew in 1995 and 96!...

You always had a smile for me, your love of life was inspirational. I have missed seeing you, heaven gained another angel. R.I.P Coach!

Mr. Kozik was great man! Condolences to his family,

Great teacher and human being!...... one of my favorites!...... God Bless his family, I am sure he will be missed!

Mr. Kozik was a great inspiration both as a coach and a teacher at John F. Kennedy high school had a great way of communicating: I will forever be grateful for the time spent with him over the years;

I felt privileged to have him as my English teacher senior year Kennedy one of the nicest, most down-to-earth teachers I’ve ever had R I P my friend
