Not sure what to say?

Rick will be missed greatly by those who knew him. I know my husband will surely miss his friend. Rest easy, Rick.

So sorry to see this. Prayers of comfort for the family. Rick was a good guy!!

Our condolences to family. New Rick for ever , great friend & yard man , always there for us , say hello to ( RED ) Bubba & Jeane !!! PS could also SING

I was heartbroken to hear about Rick’s passing. It’s hard to put into words what he meant to me and to so many others here on the island.

I first met Rick through our next-door neighbor, Don—his very best friend. Watching the way Rick showed up for Don taught me so much about loyalty and true friendship. He was steady, devoted, and present in a way that is rare. After Don’s passing, Rick continued to be a part of my life, becoming our grass cutter for all of our beach properties...

What a sweet person Rick was. We go back many years working at the restaurants in Kure Beach. He always had a beautiful smile and was always telling me a joke. So glad I ran into him within the last year in Oceanview. He looked great, still smiling. Very sad to hear of his passing. R.I.P. Rick will see you again some day.

To the family- There is strength in God's peace. I (as well as many others) have good memories of working with Rick in the food service industry. I also remember how he helped friends in need. He will be missed.

God's Love and Blessings. We love you Rick and will miss you so very much.

You will be missed but I am so thankful to have known you for the past 55 years. You will always have a special place in my heart. Thanks for all the beautiful times we had and until we meet again RIP.

I've known Ricky for quite a few years, he was such a nice man. He helped me with a couple of projects at my house and he had a great work ethic. Rick will be missed by many friends at the beach. RIP
