Richard's Obituary
Mr. Richard Eugene Rogers Sr. Age 91 of Blairsville, GA., passed away peacefully on Monday December 18, 2023. Richard was born in Waldo, OH., the son of the late Paul and Anna Mae Rogers. He served in the US Navy from 1950-1953. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Kathleen, Wanda and Princess.
He is survived by his children, Richard E. Rogers Jr., of Blairsville, Linda Jones of Huber Heights, OH., Gary Rogers of Tipp City, OH., and Tracey Center of Spiro., OK., as well as ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held at later date in Ohio and will be announced. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the American cancer Society or Appalachian Hospice in Mr. Rogers memory.
