Richard S. Gallagher

Dick was recognized as the dominate lawyer for tax exempt organization in Wisconsin. My experience at the Tax Section of the ABA was that he was also nationally recognized. He served not only as head of the tax Exempt Organization Committee but also on the Tax Section´s Council. He was a wonderful person, active in the community and had a great sense of humor.
