Not sure what to say?

Sr. Alice Wittenbach and I knew Richard and Doris while we pursued PHDs at OU. He was a gentle and loving man of God. I'm sure his face to face with the God he loved is full of joy. We used to laugh at the hymn "Let Strife Among Us Be Unknown". Both of us are very glad we knew this particular Strife. Our prayers and sympathy, dear Doris.

I sat with you in silence here in NC during Richard's funeral service.

Take courage, roll on with life, supported & lifted by the love from Joe & Koya, relatives & friends ... and graced with blessings from Richard.

I hold wonderful memories of his laugh and his twinkle and bear witness to his love for you and his family.

May God continue to bless you and your family. I am certainly blessed, and have had my life enriched, having met Richard, spent time with him singing and philosophizing and solving the world's problems, and meeting his family.

Dear Doris, Joseph, Amanda, and Koya,
I am very happy for Joe to be at rest.
As it is told in the obituary, keeping the Franciscan ethos is how he lead his life. His gift to mankind was impacting, many, many lives and making the world a better place, because he lived.
May you, his sister Elizabeth and all who knew him, find comfort in memories of his life well lived. Love Pat & Butch Bramhall
