I live in Herndon, Virginia. I enjoyed reading about Richard's Herndon, Virginia connections. His sister Betty was my neighbor for many years in Herndon, she kept me posted on what Richard was doing. I worked with "Willie" at the Vienna (VA) Police Department for many years. I recall his love of the outdoors, in fact he had some special brown wall paneling in his police department office that featured deer and other animals. We are so sorry for your loss. Mr. Williams was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather as well as brother. He was loved by many.
