I met you 55 years ago when I arrived in your family as an exchange-student. You were a good younger brother. We often stayed up very late to talk about god and the world after Mom went to sleep.
You often pulled jokes on me. You knew I was scared of snakes, so you put one in abrown paper bag on my book and waited behind the door to hear me scream. We usedto play cards with your grand-parents. Then we always ordered a huge pizza. Food delivery did not exist in...

Rick's Obituary

REYNOLDS, Rick Evan; born July 30, 1956 in Corona Del Mar, CA to Frank and Ilene Reynolds; of Clarkston formerly of Waterford, Pontiac, MI  and Las Vegas, NV; passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 69;

Father of Erin “Katie” Adams, Sarah (Steve) Cross, Rebel (Finley Molina) Reynolds-Molina, Rachel (Trent) Clausen and Rikki (Lucas LaLonde) Reynolds;

Grandpa of Savannah, Serena, Quincy, Amy, Ashley, Victoria, Rick, Armistice, Rosario, Adriana “Banana”, Matthew, Natalie, Israel, Cadence and Callum;

Great grandpa of Nathan, Dawson, Emmett, Ainsley, Lucille, Jackson, Calvin, Cohen and Camila;

Brother of Randi Ingram, Edie Aebi and Magnus (Brigitta) Hakansson;

preceded in death by his siblings: Robin Williamson and Reed Reynolds;

Uncle of Andrea, Melissa and Jerry;

Rick graduated from Waterford Kettering High School class of 1974. He had worked for General Motors and as a supervisor with casino gaming. Rick loved animals and reptiles, having had an eclectic variety of pets throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed reading and gardening, always encouraged planting of trees and perennials. Rick will be remembered for his love of spending time with family, especially celebrating Christmas together. 

A memorial gathering to celebrate Rick is being planned near the holiday season and will be announced.
