Ricky Hugh Palmer Jr.

He was one of my best friends growing up in West Virginia. I was such a tomboy n I spent so much time going four wheeling and partying in the mountains! Always platonic, and always considered one of my closest friends growing up!!! He will be undeniably missed!! My heart goes out to his loved ones! Ricky was one of the good ones! He was polite , great manners and never tried any funny business! He was an Amazing Friend and I have missed him since I moved away. Now he will remain in my heart...

What can i say but i grew to love the man ! We truly had become friends ! He will be sadly missed ! My prayers for him and his family may God ease your pain in jesus name amen !

I first met Ricky about twenty years ago. We worked together for a few years. We hit it off and became pretty good friends. Years later my baby girl married his nephew and from then on we considered each other as family. He didn't deserve to go out like that. Rest easy old friend. You will be missed.

I am friends with Tonya and just wanted to show my support during this time for her and Ricky's daughters during this tragic time. I met Ricky years ago and knew him briefly, and everything I could say about him is positive. He was always smiling and laughing and making others do the same.
