Rina Cristopher

Rina Alma Cristopher, 93, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017. Visitation will be 10 a.m. with a celebration of her life at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Community Hospice. Rina was born August 24, 1923, in Lusevera, Italy, to Giovanni and Marie Crapiz. She was manager of an apartment building on Independence Ave. near Bales for many years. Rina is survived by her daughter, Dianna Middlebrooks; her grandchildren, Samuel Ray Ellis Jr., Tony Ellis, and Ginger Dean; her great-grandchildren, Michael Elliott, Jordan Elliott, Christopher Ellis, and Wesley Ellis; her great-great-grandchildren, Arebella Jeanette Ellis and Christopher Ray Ellis Jr.; her nephew, Walter Crapiz; and her step-children, Ludy Cristopher Jr., Diane Cristopher, and Janet Frazier. Condolences may be offered at www.passantinobros.com
