Not sure what to say?

When I moved to Irasburg in 1998, Rita was one of the first residents to welcome me to the Common. Our friendship grew over the years, as did my admiration of her many talents. I still remember the apple crisp she always shared during the Fall season. It was so delicious! Nine out of ten times I'd visit, she was working on one of her cross stitch works of art for a family member, friend, or just for her own pleasure.

I was saddened to learn of Rita's death, but so grateful for...

To all of Rita's family,
Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you all. Cherish the memories. Rita was certainly a sweetheart.

Sending our thoughts and prayers to your family. She was one of a kind for sure and we will miss our Christmas buckeyes.

Such an unforgettable presence in our lives. Her daily, on time, visits to the post office were a treasure! Bless you all

So very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful lady. Got to see her a few times at the campground with Brian. Prayers to all!

She certainly has lived a very full life ! And yes she loved you all very much I know she's at peace now and waiting for you

What a beautiful life story , written of your Mom! She was every bit of what you wrote!
" A very tough French lady" So proud of all her works and daily accomplishments!
After styling her
hair, for so many years, which she always kept so nicely cared for, I grew to know her and her family quite well.
She was quite the lady;
Very proud of her accomplishments and her family!
You left your mark her on earth, Rita, now you are back to rest with your HUBBY !

Dans les petits pots, les meilleurs onguents. Memere touched lives. She made a positive impact on anyone that had the privilege to know her. Thanks for all those brownies with no nuts. Made me feel so special every time.

Oh, you do have "Memere memories" don't you?! She was a pistol! Bless you all during this time of change. Our thoughts are with you.
