Robert "Bob"'s Obituary

Robert D. Babcox passed away December 21, 2013 in Livingston. He was born November 10, 1925 in Elgin, ND the son of Dann and Milda (Huber) Babcox. He married Erna Stevahn in 1946, and lived in Mott until 1959 and moved to Livingston, MT where he worked for John Deere until his retirement in 2000.His three children came home and were with him the last days which puthis heart at peace.He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson Michael Williams, and wife of 61 years, Erna Babcox.He is survived by 3 sisters; Ethel Magstadt , Margie Ketterling,and Marlene Ehrle and her husband Vance. His children Erna Williamsand her husband Clark, Robert Babcox and his wife Shirley, Ione Clarkand her husband Bruce. He cherished his grandchildren, Michael (deceased)Vickie Jo Shipley and her husband Jeff, Dann Babcox, Theresa Johnsonand her husband Scott, John Babcox and his wife Sarah, Jenae, Jolene &his 8 Great Grandchildren.Special thanks for Danielle and all her unselfish time and energy inhelping her great-grandfather.There was a special place in his heart for Amber Barnhill and Whitney Counts.Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Crematory and services are planned for a later date.Condolences and memorials should be sent to: Vickie Jo Shipley 225, S.
