Bob and I joined the Army together but he got sick during basic training and we got split up I have not seen him in years but we grew next door in Eagletucky I have not talked to him a while and now am sorry for that.

Robert “Bob” A. Goodlet, 72, passed away October 23, 2024. He was a Brick and Stone Mason for Goodlet Masonry. Bob was a proud Veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley “Joyce” Goodlet; parents, Duane Goodlet and Melvina Ellis Grande; siblings, Mike Goodlet, Rosie Stewart and Vicki Martin. He is survived by his daughter, Mandi (Kyle) Spurling; siblings, Danny Goodlet, Reggie Goodlet, Kelly (Mike) Crockett, Kenny (Debbie) Ludlow; grandchildren, Kendall (Kyler Nichols) Slover and Isla Spurling; nephews, Wayne Woodcock, Jacob Woodcock and Brandon Woodcock; great niece, Paisley Woodcock. A Celebration of Life will be held 1pm Monday October 28, 2024 at Conkle Funeral Home Speedway with Visitation 11am-1pm before the Service. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery.
