Robert "Bob"'s Obituary

Robert Pearl “Bob” Mullen, 63, of Norman, formerly of Blanchard, passed away on February 23, 2026.  The son of Charles Edgar Mullen, Sr, and Edith Frances (Faust) Mullen, Bob was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 23, 1962.  

Bob grew up in Springdale, Arkansas and graduated from Springdale High School.  He moved to Blanchard about seven years ago and most recently made his home in Norman.  Bob served in the United States Army for eight years and worked as a 36 Kilo Tactical  Wire Operation Specialist.  He was involved in the Cuban Riots.  

Bob was a man of many talents; a gifted carpenter, master plumber and successful businessman.  He owned Northwest Arkansas Stucco and a plumbing business.  He was certified in HVAC working with big commercial businesses, many in Branson, Missouri.   Rob’s Ranch was instrumental in Bob’s life.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents; by an infant sibling; three brothers, Chuck Mullen, Terry Fredrick, and Norman Fredrick; and one sister, Ellen Ferguson.

Bob is survived by one son, Kaleb Chandler of Bentonville, Arkansas going to school at SNU presently; wife, Tammie Foley of Del City; sister, Vicky Lynn Guess and husband Ed of Blanchard; and several nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.

A viewing will be held from 12:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M., Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard.  Burial will be in the Habberton Cemetery in Goshen, Arkansas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard.  Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
