So sorry to hear of this, I spent countless hours at the Bock house, I will always remember floating the North Platte river and fishing all the back waters! Helping inventory at pay & pack and seeing all the hard work he put into his Nova! My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family...

Robert E. (Bob) Bock II, age 72 of Cozad, died June 19, 2018 at the Cozad Community Hospital. He was born February 15, 1946 to Robert E. and Phyllis J. (Nelson) Bock I at Wichita, KS. Bob graduated from North High School in Wichita. On August 21, 1965, he was united in marriage to Linda Hollowel in Wichita. He worked in retail home centers, transferring to North Platte, then to Kearney, where he retired from Builders. He had many hobbies; he enjoyed fishing and the outdoors and spending time with family.He is survived by his wife, Linda of Cozad; his mother, Phyllis Bock of Wichita, KS; a daughter, Stacy (David) Pedersen of Brady; a son, Troy Bock of North Platte; a sister, Vicki (Steve) Case of Wichita, KS; three grandchildren, Crystal, Brodie and Kaylee; five great grandchildren, Sophia, Aleyha, Joseph, Kameron and Wesson. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert; and a grandson, D.J.A memorial has been established in his memory. Services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Carpenter Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at the North Platte Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 7pm Thursday at Carpenter Memorial Chapel which is in care of arrangements.
