Robert's Obituary
Robert Walter "Bubba" Caruthers, Jr., 60, of Old Hickory, TN Passed away July 6, 2023 at Kennistone Baptist Memorial in Marietta, GA. He was born May 20, 1963 in Keiser, AR to Robert and Helen Smith Caruthers, Sr. He was a truck driver and a US Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his parents, a son Robert Williams Caruthers and a sister Betty Klugh. He is survived by his wife Jennifer Caruthers of Old Hickory, TN, three sons Robert Carruthers III (Alma Beteme) of Lavergne, TN, George Theragood and Robert Caruthers IV of Old Hickory, TN, two daughters Portia Rochelle Caruthers of Lebanon, TN and Tracey Carruthers of Blytheville, AR, one brother Jimmy (Karen) Caruthers of Osceola, seven sisters Erie (Luther) Brown of Osceola, Geraldine (Glenn) Mayo of Four Oakes, NC, Bonnie (Henry) Banks of Birmingham, AL, Mary Alice Burkes of Smithville, SC, Nora Stotts and Mary Caruthers of Houston, TX and Mattie Caruthers of Murfreesboro, TN, 21 grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, July 14, 2023 from 6-8 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 2PM at Living Word C.O.G.I.C. in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Pastor Archie Thomas officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR will be in charge of the arrangements.
