Robert "Eric" Goodwin

Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Monday, May 30, 2022, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 68. Predeceased by his beloved wife Julia Cote (October 27, 2021). Loving father of Owen Goodwin and Sandy Trovato and stepfather of Mark, Brenda and Bonnie (Charles). Cherished grandfather of Nikita, Korrina, Cory, Nicole and Julianna, great-grandfather of Liam and step-papa of six. Dear brother of Larry (Corine), Lynda and Diane. Eric will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends. He retired from General Motors after a lifetime of dedicated service. Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 12-1 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service followed in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Zion Cemetery.
