Marjatta Havola "Marj" Bloise

Marjatta Havola Bloise, 67, a longtime resident of Clovis, Ca., passed away March 6, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. Marjatta was born in Finland and immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of four. She spent her elementary school years living in Williamsburg, a place she held dearly all of her life. Her high school years and beyond were spent in California. It's there she met her husband, Ron, and held a career at the IRS for 30 years. Marjatta, known to most as a Marj, possessed a wonderful artistic eye and independent spirit that carried through to even her last days.Marjatta is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 48 years, Ronald Bloise, her 2 daughters, Lisa Spacy and Michele Mosesian, and her 4 grandchildren and her sister Trudi Havola Arnold of Williamsburg and brother Antti Havola, of Johnson City, Tn. No public services will be held.
