I know I'm not good with words and, despite the helpful suggestions, I still really don't know what to say. I love you, Grandpa, and I will miss you dearly. I'm glad I was able to spend the Christmas holiday with you and Grandma. I know I can't be with all of you right now but I am sending my love to Minnesota.

I couldn't ask for a better Grandpa. He was there when I needed a hug, a chat, or just a bowl of ice cream. He encouraged my adventures, and helped me look at being a veteran from different glasses. I will miss him greatly, and a piece of my heart goes with him.

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing, he was a good neighbor and a well respected township board member and craftsman with his cement work. He served on boards with my father and helped run the basement floor in my house, I always felt he did things to the best of his ability and with the utmost integrity .

Bob will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family that you may find comfort during this difficult time.

To lose a family member is never easy, I have so many great memories, especially baling hay.
