We all have moments and events in your life that help sculpt the type of person you become. When I was a teenager I had times when I felt lost. I remember Bob driving up in his cop car (not sure how he found me, but he did) and he said, “get in”. I remember the fear that came over me, but I did as I was told and got in. He turned to me and started with, “Do you know what it means to be the man of the house?” And so much more was said.

Bob was an extremely kind a patient man who was always welcoming to me and my family. I had the pleasure of visiting his and Joanne's home a few times when Hamorabi and Melanie were getting married and you could not find a more generous and comforting host. Bob will be deeply missed, but we will forever hold him in our hearts.

Bob,
I will truly miss those wonderful stories you shared at dinner time about the military and police activities you had. Or the competitiveness during our crack the Easter eggs. You will be missed! I know that God is enjoying your anecdotes!

Bob was always a genial and friendly member of our family. We enjoyed his company on birthdays and holidays, and we will miss his smile and his hospitality.

Bob was an amazing person who brightened any room with his presence. He was kind, caring and thoughtful. I will always cherish his bond with his family and of course his special bond with Pazcki. He will truly be missed by all.

We lost my stepdad Robert “Bob” Jones last week.

One of the things that made me happy was knowing that he was proud of me and the life that I built (a lot of which was only possible because of him).

He came into our lives when my siblings and I were still in grade school and never treated us like anything less than his own kids. I have never met another person that came close to his dedication to family, and overall sense of justice and fairness.
