Robert Emmitt Locke Jr., age 79, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018, Bastrop, Texas. Robert was born in Altus, Oklahoma on August 17, 1939.He is preceded in death by his parents Robert aka Bobby and Annabelle Locke and son Douglas Locke.He is survived by his three children, Linda Jean Heitstuman of Anchorage, Alaska; Lavon Louise Cunningham of Boise, Idaho; Gerald D. Locke of Anchorage, Alaska; and brother Wayne Locke of Whidbey Island, Washington. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Services will be held in Anchorage, Alaska at a later date.
