In loving memory of a wonderful person. I had the pleasure of getting to know him through St. Margaret’s Hospital where he visited the cafeteria every night. We shared many laughs, and had a great group of people that would join in on dinner conversations. He was always excited to see me and hear about my day, and I the same with him. I will miss Bobby very much!! thoughts and prayers to the family.

Bobby was such a great guy! When I worked at St. Margaret’s Hospital, he always came in for dinner. I worked in the cafeteria and he always had a smile on his face! He was the best part of my day. Thinking of his family at this difficult time. Rest easy ❤

Robert Magnani, 81, of Dalzell, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Allure of Mendota.
Cremation will be accorded, and a private family burial service will be held at Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
The Barto Funeral Home, Spring Valley, is honored to be assisting the family.
Robert was born on September 7, 1943, to Dominic and Lena (Giacometti) Magnani.
He retired from Sundstrand Sauer-Danfoss after 39 years as a machine operator.
Robert is survived by his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Richard Magnani; and his sister, Mary Jane Gorski.
