I've been a friend of Juniors for many years ,Breaks my heart for the kids and family,keeping you all in my prayers for God to comfort you guys in your time of loss.

Betty and family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God give you the peace and comfort that only comes from Him.

Love you always cuz, may you rest in peace. I will always remember all our times as kids together. How we always run around in the barn and driving your mom crazy all the time. See you on the other side. I know your dad, pawpaw & Granny Mc, Uncle Rondy, sis, Uncle Tommy, Tina, and Shelly was all waiting for you. I love you and will miss you. Until we meet again!!

You were always a very kind and sweet nephew when ever I seen you. Prayers for family and friends.

Robert's Obituary

Robert Marion Nelson, Jr., age 52 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025 at his home.  Mr. Nelson was born in Carroll County on December 21, 1972.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Marion Nelson, Sr.

Survivors include his children, Matthew Nelson and Brittney Nelson; mother and step-father, Betty and Ray Sizemore; and sisters, Teresa Holliday, Shelia Bond, and Lisa Byrd.

A private service will be held at a later date.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
