Robert O'Leary

Robert O'Leary, 72, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at his home in Bordentown, NJ. Born in Hoboken, Robert spent his childhood escaping to the catskills with his boy scout troop. Later, he became an avid musician who played bass and guitar in bands like The Stoned Wizard, Elephant's Memory, Tender Harvest, and the Dead Prom Queens.

He left the road to raise his family, taking a job as a UPS driver for over 30 years. They took everything from him, and he gave everything he had left to his family.

He loved listening to music, learning about science, and playing with his pets (Annabelle, Babsy, and Sissy). He could bring any plant back from the dead, His whole life he marvelled at the mysteries of the universe. Now he finally has all the secrets.

Robert is predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, his Uncle Sonny, and his sister Patricia. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Barbara, his children Patrick and Todd, his daughter-in-laws Candy and Alex, his sister-in-law Adrian, his spiritual advisor Nicholas, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services for Robert will be held at 4pm on Sunday, October 5th at Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks Street in Bordentown. A viewing with the family and friends will be held from 1pm until the time of service.
