Our condolences to all of the family especially to you Aunt Judy. I have many memories as a child spending time playing with all the kids and listening to Uncle Bob. Thoughts and prayers to you all.

Sorry for your loss your parents were the nicest people I knew. Always enjoyed our visits. I worked as a home health aide where your parents lived and we always had the nicest conversations your dad will be missed.

Robert's Obituary

Robert Michael Parker, Sr. of Watertown, New York, passed away on November 27, 2025 at the age of 82.

Born on October 13, 1943 to Earl T. and Gearldine Parker in Watertown, he was a devoted husband to Judy A. (Brown) Parker for 61 years.

He was a caring and loving father to his children, Tammy (Robert) Montroy of North Carolina, Robert M. (Vicki) Parker, Jr. of Watertown, Michelle (Patrick) Prow of Russell, New York, William J. (Kimberly) Parker of Watertown, and Donna (Mark) Martinez of Utah. He was excited to be the best grandpa to many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Robert was always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed help. He had the skill to be able to fix things that were beyond repair. For over 50 years, he worked as a Suspension Expert and Blacksmith at Watertown Spring and Alignment. His favorite hobbies were collecting wheat pennies and stamps, making ornaments out of metal. He was an avid storyteller to anyone who would lend him an ear.

He is predeceased by his parents, Earl and Gearldine, his brothers, Earl T. Parker, Jr. and Frederick J. Parker, and a sister, Roseland. He is survived by two beautiful sisters, Donna (Charles) Patridge of Clayton and Shirley Moromisato of Clayton.

Calling hours will be held at Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, 632 State St., Watertown, from 6-8 pm on Friday, December 5th, 2025. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of his family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be left to the Children’s Miracle Network in Robert’s name.
