Not sure what to say?

I only wish I found out early enough to pay my respects but I was not aware until this past Sunday after his service. I spent many years with Pete, Lisa & the Boese family for weekend getaways, weddings, holidays & birthdays he was ALWAYS silly cracking jokes and calling me kid even though I´m older than him. I was always kind to my 3 sons and I had honor of being a bridesmaid in his and Lisa´s wedding 9 years ago. I know your family will miss you terribly Pete but it´s comforting to know you...

My prayers to your family.. The Pete I remember from Esther Lindstrom was kind and accepted me and never made fun of me. The high school Pete the same always making sure as soccer star girl I had a place on the bus and his mom would always sit with me at games. I’m sure you stayed the kind person I wish I lived in California to say goodbye but this will do until we meet again fly high with the angels, and thank you for making me feel like everyone else

Pete was my brother from another mother as he would say. I can say that he was truly one of the kindest human beings ever. He gave from his heart, everything, and I mean everything (the daily jokes included), with Lisa usually saying, "Oh, Pete!". He was a great friend and co-worker to me. He looked out for my children continually, I can not say enough about that. No matter the time, nor place we were always in his thoughts and heart. Faithfully for years he would call me on Sunday...

My deepest condolences to Lisa and her family. I will always remember Pete as that friendly face who would come to work on the campus and always bring Mexican sweet bread. He always thought the the people at the site, always had time to find out a little about them. And his sense of humor put smiles on all the faces. He brightened many lives by his presence.
Rest in peace my friend. We will miss you.

In loving memory of a dear friend that I will miss dearly. May you rest in peace...Gloria

Lisa always talked about Pete at work. So, when I met him, I expected him to be kind. What I didn’t expect was to be doubled over in laughter within 2 minutes of meeting him. I, immediately, understood why Lisa talked so much about him. They were like a Vaudeville comedy team. I was still laughing as we went our separate ways. He’s probably making someone laugh right now. Even as you remember the good times, I know he will be sorely missed. To Pete’s Family! May God bless you and comfort...

Pete had a smile and a greeting for everyone, and his warmth and sense of humor brightened my day every time I got the opportunity to chat with him.

Is growing up I always considered the escobedo brothers as family And Pete was like an older brother to me.
I'll see you on the other side brother.
