Mr. Shar could light up a room with his smile. We grew to love him in such a short time. He will be greatly missed.

Bob was always a joy to be with. His love for and broad knowledge of motorcycles, coupled with his quick sense of humor, made him popular with everyone he knew. We also shared a fondness for dogs. Bob will be missed by many.

My Uncle Bob has left a space in our family that can never be filled. As a beloved uncle to many cousins, Great-uncle, a wonderful father to Carli, Cece, Chris and Justin, and as a spouse to my aunt Claudia. A true fixture in our lives as we were looking forward to Bob and Claudia’s annual visit in the summer. We have spent this time grieving from Detroit waiting for the date in the future to celebrate his life and grieve this wonderful man together. Until then I pray his example of family...

I remember that he was a good friend of my first husband Jim (Tim). We would go camping a lot with our small group of 8 people. Haven't seen him since 1976. So sorry for your loss, Claudia.

The best times were eating over at your house in Detroit! Thankfully you married a woman Can Cook! All the wonderful hugs and words of encouragement from you and Claudia really molded me to grow and stand tall in life! I miss us!
