I have such nice memories of the Trenchards while growing up in the neighborhood. Kathy and Bob were unfailingly nice and I'm so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I wish family and friends peace and acceptance in their time of loss.

Robert's Obituary
Robert Ray “Bob” Trenchard passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025, in Petaluma, CA. Born May 20, 1937 in Pocatello, Idaho. Bob led a vibrant and adventurous life full of joy, laughter and treasured memories. Bob graduated from San Rafael High School in 1956 before proudly serving his country in the Army. Known for his love of the outdoors, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. A dedicated sports fan, Bob remained a loyal San Francisco 49er supporter through out his life. He was a lover of dogs and children. With his beloved late wife Kathleen “Kathy” Trenchard, Bob traveled extensively, exploring the world’s beauty and cultures side by side. He was predeceased by his son, Robert Ray “Bobby” Trenchard III and is survived by his brother Jay Trenchard, grand daughter Camille Torres, and nephew Christopher Reese.
