Robert Charles Zuby, 83, of Port Austin and formerly of Sterling Heights, passed away on May 23, 2021 at McLaren Thumb Region Hospital.
He was born in Pennsylvania on June 25, 1937 to the late Albert and Hazel (Stopey) Zuby.
Bob worked his whole life at AT&T retiring as a splicer. He was a past president of North Macomb Hunting Club and a member of Ubly Fox Hunters Club. Bob enjoyed trapping, hunting, fishing and playing a round of golf every once in a while.
Bob is survived by his wife of 63 years, Janet Zuby; his children: Glenn (Julie) Zuby of Capac, Greg (Linda) Zuby of Clinton Township and Gail (Donald) Schoen of Holland; seven grandchildren: Jacob, Matthew, Eric, Paige, Andrew, Robert and Thomas; and his great grandchild, Grant. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Sue Zuby and brother, Albert Zuby.
Per Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City, Michigan.
