May God give you strength in this sad time. An Israeli poet wrote that during a lifetime a person stores the love received from mother, father, sisters, brothers, friends, husband or wife, and acquaintances. When that person dies all the stored love rushes out like a slot machine disgorging coins to surround, warm, and comfort those left behind. May this be so for you, Lorenzo and Yolanda.

Roberto Sanchez of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Casa Mora Facility in Bradenton.He was born February 9, 1952 in Cuba to the late Lorenzo and Hilda (Alfonzo) Sanchez; and came to Lake Wales from Miami 16 years ago. He was employed as a security guard for Eagle Ridge Mall, was of the Catholic faith, and a simple man with a good heart.Survivors include his wife, Yolanda Ortiz-Sanchez; and son, Lorenzo Sanchez Ortiz of Lake Wales, FL.Funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Lake Wales, with interment following at the Lake Wales Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM
