Not sure what to say?

Roger, you were a great guy!! We always had a lot of laughs when we were around each other. Especially the early days at Jay-R’s. You will be missed, brother!!
Rest Easy and Rest Peacefully!!
My condolences to the Nally family! This has been a difficult summer. Stay strong!!

Roger, thanks for the great memories of all of us as young kids hanging out with each other for years and running around the neighborhood in Mundelein. We had so much fun! I will never forget you. Rest in peace. My condolences to the rest of the Nally family. So sorry to hear this news.

Roger, I love you my friend and I will miss you and think about you everyday. God Bless you Maha.

Nally Family. Our sincere condolences. Sorry to hear of this tragedy. You are in our prayers.

Oh Roger, my heart is breaking. You were family to us. A best friend we could always count on. Every word between us was kind and gentle. Every laugh, full of joy. You were here in our lives in the background, but always full front in our hearts. Your generosity and caring were so real. I will miss you being in our family. I will miss counting on you, knowing you would always be there. I still have your texts...and I'll keep them forever. You were a beautiful example of a wonderful human,...

Ronnie, Ryan and Jason my heart hurts for you all. So much happening in such a short time. Roger was always my favorite. He was just a really funny/fun guy and from what I have heard and am hearing now that has never changed. Cherish the years and memories you have. I’ll say it again family is family no matter what. Love you all so much.

My sincere condolences to all of his family. I am going to miss everything about him and still can’t believe he’s gone. He had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever know and was always, always there for anyone who needed help. From the bottom of my heart, I’m so sorry for your loss.

One great moment

Randy, Ashley and Michael we are so sorry for your loss. Greg and I will miss Roger VERY much. We shared many good times. He was so kind hearted and had such a humorous wit.

Randy, Ashley, and Michael, I'm so sorry I can't be there with you. You are all in the thoughts and prayers. Roger was a wonderful person and will be missed. All my love...

Obituary

Roger's Obituary

Roger Nally, a beloved brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 62. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian (Jay) and Mildred Nally, as well as his brother Robert Nally. He is lovingly remembered by his brothers, Randall Nally and Ronald Nally; his niece, Ashley Reyes (Nally); and his nephews, Michael Nally, Jason Nally, and Ryan Nally.

Roger was a quiet man by nature, but to those who knew him well, he revealed a sharp sense of humor and a kind, caring heart. He found joy in his many hobbies—he was a fantastic bowler, a decent golfer, and had recently taken up etching and engraving. Roger was never without a Diet Coke in hand, even having a machine installed in his home to ensure every glass was perfect.

Roger’s life was defined by simple pleasures, his dog, his hobbies, and the laughter shared with family and friends. His steady presence in the lives of those who loved him will be missed dearly and remembered fondly. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Kristan’s Funeral Home in Mundelein, IL., followed by a Celebration of Life at Roger’s favorite spot, Emils in Mundelein. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you toast Roger’s memory wth a cold Diet Coke and share a laugh with a friend or family member.
